Gentle cleansing agents sourced from coconut and corn — effective without stripping or irritating.

Optical brighteners stay on fabric and can irritate sensitive skin. We don't use them.

Just bag it up — we'll bring a reusable Fold & Feather bag on your first pickup. After that, we swap bags each visit so you always have a clean one ready.
No problem. We have a minimum load size of 5 lbs, which is roughly one to two days of baby clothes. If you're unsure, just schedule and we'll weigh it at pickup.
Yes, always. Your baby’s laundry is washed in its own dedicated cycle — never mixed with anyone else's items.
We pre-treat stains as part of our standard service using a gentle, plant-based stain remover. For stubborn stains, we'll let you know and do our best — but we can't guarantee every stain will come out.
We recommend our formula for the best results on sensitive skin, but if your baby has a specific allergy or preference, just let us know when you book and we can accommodate.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your pickup window — no fees, no fuss. Just log in or reply to your confirmation email.
Currently, I have Kenmore washer and dryer. Before each baby load, I run a vinegar rinse cycle to ensure there is no residue from previous washes.
