The 2-hour minimum covers pickup, transport, washing, folding, and delivery — the full end-to-end service. It ensures we can give every order the care and attention it deserves.

Loads between 16 and 20 lbs require additional handling time, so we apply a 4-hour minimum ($140 total). We'll weigh your bag at pickup so there are never any surprises.

No — a reusable Fold & Feather bag is included with every service. We bring a fresh one on each delivery.
